Place forehead, nose, palms, knees, and toes on the ground.

What to do
Say ‘Allāhu Akbar’ and lower yourself so the forehead, nose, both palms, both knees, and the toes touch the ground. Say the phrase of sujūd three times.
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى
Transliteration
Subḥāna Rabbiya l-Aʿlā
Meaning
Glory be to my Lord, the Most High.

- maleKeep the elbows lifted away from the sides and the belly away from the thighs.
