What to do
Wudu is a short, gentle washing done before prayer. Say Bismillāh, wash the hands three times, rinse the mouth three times, sniff water into the nose and blow it out three times, wash the face three times, wash each arm to the elbow three times, wipe the head and ears once, then wash each foot to the ankle three times.
